Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Affluent Greek. Please review the availability and production information on each product page before ordering, especially when shopping for a specific event.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Made-to-order pieces are produced after your order is placed. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipment, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or confirmed with you for a custom order. Carrier transit time is additional.

Choosing expedited shipping speeds up carrier delivery after dispatch; it does not shorten production time. If you need a piece for a particular date, please email hello@affluentgreek.com before purchasing so we can discuss timing.

Items Currently in Production

Products marked “Currently in production” are not in stock or ready to ship. Orders ship after production is complete and stock is received. Please refer to the product page for any estimated availability information, or contact us for an update before ordering.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. This is our order-processing timeframe and does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates & Transit

Available shipping services, rates and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Complimentary shipping is available on orders of $250 or more, as shown at checkout. Carrier transit estimates begin after shipment and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs or other carrier delays.

For orders containing pieces with different availability, please contact us if you need an in-stock item sooner. We can confirm the shipping arrangements before you purchase.

Tracking & Order Updates

We will email your shipping confirmation and tracking details when your order ships. Tracking may take time to show the carrier’s first scan. For a production or order update, email us with your order number.

If production timing changes, we will contact you about your order. During conference travel or busy periods, please contact us to confirm timing if your order is needed for an event.

International Orders

Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs delays and import charges. Any duties or taxes collected at checkout will be displayed before payment; customers are responsible for applicable charges not collected at checkout.

Address Changes & Custom Orders

Please check your shipping address, selected size and measurements before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we will review whether a change is still possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

All sales are final, including made-to-order and custom-sized pieces. Please review our Customer Care policy and ask any sizing questions before purchasing.

Delivery Concerns

If your package is delayed, missing or damaged, email us your order number and tracking details so we can review the information and help identify the next step. For damage upon receipt, please also include photographs of the item and packaging.
